At Minny Thrift, we want you to love your sustainable finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original pre-loved condition. Please note that due to the unique nature of vintage inventory, some items marked as 'Final Sale' are ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
